I dont write reviews often. I tried hypnosmoke in jan 2010- i was smoke free for about 8 months or so SURPRISINGLY WITH NO URGES OR PROBLEMS after about the first week. THE URGES I DID HAVE WERE AT CERTAIN TIMES IN MY CAR WHEN i HAD THE HABIT OF SMOKING and when I focused on what was said in the counseling session, those urges left after about a week.
