last night was my first of three sessions to quit smoking, as well as to learn to use these tools, to lower or stop other unhealthy things in my life. Carol is simply awesome. I want her positive attitude for life itself, her go get it attitude, her goals she sets out to reach and achieves, it's all very admirable, and has made me want the same in my life.
