For those that it is magic or voodoo just to explain it is a deep state of relaxation that allows you to think more clear and be able to understand your subconscious more clearly. Highly recommended! Luke helped me out tremendously with my anxiety/sports performance issues. I had tremors in my right shoulder that impeded my performance that in time, crushed my confidence and led to having anxieties performing in front of a crowd. I requested 3 sessions and after session 1, the tremors were nearly gone (If 10 is the most tremors and 0 is no tremors at all, it was at 3).
