I'm a 57 year old technology professional that has suffered from complex trauma, sexual abuse, childhood neglect, lack of self worth, anxiety, OCD and alcohol abuse. Michele is amazing. I have been seeing therapists off and on for 34yrs. And with working with Michele. I have cut back on cigarettes. Food. And stopped binge eating. Sticking up for my self more. I have been in such a good mood, more energy. Not taking 2 naps a day like I was. And I have learned to listen within myself. And I have had only 4 appointments. I recommend making an appointment at least once and I promise you will you won't regret it.

I highly recommend Michele! My hypnosis session with her was a very positive and impactful experience. I experienced a significant shift on both a physical and emotional level.
