Enjoyed my first session with Michele after connecting over the fascinating nature of emotions in the body! It was very efficient, leaving me feeling clear and light enough to sleep deeply again despite struggling with insomnia for months. I'm not sure how it works, but it certainly makes for a rapid shift (someone else described as "therapy and reiki on steroids").
