I was not sure what to expect for my first session. I have been to many therapists and did not have the best experience. I made my appointments with Elena. I was comfortable in the setting of the room. I found my sessions interesting because it’s different then therapy. I enjoy that hypnotherapy focuses on the mind–body aspect. I can see how hypnotherapy can help with reprograming the subconscious mind in a positive way.
