I was experiencing lots anxiety it was unmanageable and I had a fear or phobia really that was preventing me from driving on the freeway. I thought it was time to get a a little help when one day I could even get into my car to run errands. We did some tests and had a few hypnotherapy sessions with Adelita and my full blown phobia disappeared. I’m very grateful for Adelita’s help because my fear abd anxiety was really starting to affect my work, personal life and my health.
I was feeling stressed, overwhelmed, and lacked motivation for my daily activities. Adelita helped me manage my overwhelm. She helped me feel energized and inspired me to get up and to finish out my day and to complete my tasks happily.
