I have been curious about hypnotherapy for a while and found Rubina through the Sandhills community wellness center. I have been addicted to sweets and snacking for a long time and was not able to manage it myself. I am an emotional eater and thought to try hypnotherapy. We had 3 sessions so far and they have been wonderful.
