Lovely cabin, good location and excellent contact with the manager. Unfortunately, we had noisy upstairs neighbors and because ceiling is poorly insulated, you clearly hear and even feel footsteps and loud conversations. If you are sensitive to noise, this is something to be aware of. But besides that, I would definitely recommend this place. The fireplace and bathtub are awesome!
We loved our stay at Hyphocus Inn. It was quiet, peaceful, and the home is constructed with such care and obviously looked after in the same way. We enjoyed waking up with the sun, and had a really restful time here. Benoit had prepared yogurt and granola for both mornings of our stay, and provided coffee and fruit as well. We stayed in the Queen Suite. There were no curtains on the windows, so the sunlight woke us up at 6 AM. There was no sound insulation between floors, and we could literally hear the guests above walking right over our heads. Breakfast consisted of yogurt with granola and a waffle. The jacuzzi, which also serves as the shower, was very dangerous to get in and out of—there was no step to help with access. The final blow was being bitten by bed bugs. We have stayed here many times over the years and always enjoy our stay so much! There is a new owner now and we couldn't tell the difference the place was still beautifully maintained 🤩
Booked this at short notice. Didn't disappoint. Quite the opposite in fact. Spacious, spotless clean, superb location, lots of little extras. Loved it. Benoit was a gentleman and happy to help with anything if needed. Would happily stay again if I visited again from Ireland
