We reached out to Hypertype on June 11th and have received no response despite multiple emails and phone calls. It's extremely frustrating to be completely ignored as a potential customer interested in their services. If a company can't respond to basic inquiries, it raises concerns about their customer service and professionalism. Very disappointing experience.
I cannot say enough good things about the team here. For seven months, they went completely above and beyond trying to help me get in touch with a difficult court system. They showed incredible patience, responded regularly, and completely stood by their word—all without ever asking for a dime since the job couldn't be completed.
