I had a pleasant experience at this office. Maria the nurse practitioner was so helpful. She addressed all my concerns and was very kind. Everyone else was kind and helpful too except Michelle at the front desk. She was very loud and I heard her talking on the phone and being rude to patients saying things like "you have to wait" when she answered the phone and put someone on hold. I did a telehealth with Maria Tejada and she was calling in 3 prescriptions to the pharmacy I waited two hours call the pharmacy and only two prescriptions were called in. I called the on-call doctor left three messages. No call back had to wait till the next morning then Maria Tejada NP Called in the prescription called in to a different pharmacy not to the pharmacy that she called in the other two prescriptions the prior day so now it’s four hours later on the next No prescription because it was called into the wrong pharm... read more

Im a tough patient and She and her staff were fantastic. I'm not sure I understand why anyone would say the women at the desk were rude because everybody was extra friendly. And that helped with the pain that I was in. I look forward to my continued care in this facility.

I have been going to Dr. Asghar for over 15 years. The professionalism of her staff is outstanding. I highly recommend the entire medical staff for any concerns you may have with your health.
