The best service in the Valley! Knowledgeable and friendly.
Wasn’t that impressed called up and asked a simple question about my clutch on my Ducati, was cut off and just told I don’t work on Ducatis. It’s a clutch not an engine rebuild, geez they’re supposed to be motorcycle mechanics. Not impressed
Had some suspension bearing needed installed and old ones taken out. I brought in new parts & he got them in as soon as he could. Money was worth it getting it done right.
Everyone raves about Les, and I’m glad his business is thriving, but my experience was disappointing. As a first-time bike owner, I went to Hypertek for some help and openly mentioned my limited knowledge about motorcycles. Instead of offering assistance, the owner responded with several snarky comments when I asked general questions. This was surprising, as Vancouver Island’s motorcycle community has always been welcoming, kind, and helpful whenever I’ve had questions. I won’t be returning anytime soon.
