I have worked with hyperstitch maybe 5 times and have found Aimee Ritter difficult to work with. I have felt lost communicating with her and find her to not be helpful. Hyperstitch itself has created great quality merch for my business and family in the past and that is why I continued to work with them. As of recently and due to an order I was not happy with and a resolution I was not happy with I have decided to try and find a different company that is more helpful and better at communicating for my future projects.
We have been using Hyperstitch for all of our company wear for the past couple years. Aimee and Sara always respond promptly and offer great design suggestions. They've worked with us in setting up an online store for our t-shirts & sweatshirts, provide coupon codes as needed, and have even made us promotional golf balls & tees for an event. Unfortunately we did not have a good experience here. We are local and started a new business- we provided our own designs- they kept our clothes for 3 weeks then when we decided to go a different route because of the amount of time that had passed they refused to give us our money back when all was said and done. Be cautious.
I'm 31 years old and my wife and I just opened our own construction company. My wife is extremely talented with digital design, so she created a few designs to have printed on some Milwaukee work shirts and sweatshirts that we were super excited for. HyperStitch was able to take a project we had with a tight turnaround time and produce incredible results at a great price. I will definitely be using them in the future. They were extremely flexible with our feedback during the mock up phase and were quick to respond.
