My elderly mother has been seeing Dr Nalini Thinnnna for over 12 months. Dr Thinnanna is uncommunicative, unfriendly and unhelpful. She is not interested in her patients and really treats them with contempt. My elderly mother did a blood test that returned a negative result and this clinic didn’t tell her about it for weeks later. Mum did not want to submit a review, but people need to know about the poor service at this clinic.
Kim and her team go above and beyond. Such a caring team who always have warm and welcoming medical centre.
Excellent service as usual from the team at the hypermarket medical centre. Dr Nalini is just lovely and has been looking after my family for two years. The reception team are friendly, professional but most importantly just care about their patients. Ladies please keep up the great work, you are all wonderful.
The fee was $85 for a new script that took no more than 5 minutes! A concern was raised, but she told me to come back when it could have been done then! She clearly saw I needed it. Dr Kavitha is listed as a caring doctor. 🤔 I'm not so sure about that!
