I am very glad that Dr Ong has returned to Albany Care Medical Centre, as it means I no longer have to deal with the reception staff at Aspley Hypermarket Doctors. Almost every interaction I had with reception was unpleasant due to their rude and dismissive attitude. I’ve had consistently poor experiences at this clinic. The doctors are almost always running late, and I’m rarely seen anywhere near my scheduled appointment time. On multiple occasions, I’ve had to wait 45 minutes to over an hour. This is especially frustrating during working hours when you have to take time off, only for it to be wasted sitting in the waiting room. I’ve been seeing Dr Bansel for many years and truly appreciate the consistent care and professionalism.
