The phone is showing not working .. my daughter took heyper jar card to China but it is not working. In app setting I turn on spend abroad. No one to respond , phone no.given in the website not working , live chat ,not working . Don't know whom to contact. What a rubbish this heyper jar. My daughter stuck.

Unfortunately the customer service is very poor. Been trying to get a refund for over 4 months for a wrongly supplied item. £35 may not be much for most people but for a 14-year-old child it's a big deal.

DO NOT TRUST YOUR MONEY WITH HYPERJAR HyperJar offers an attractive product, but unfortunately, customer service—the most critical aspect—is where they fall short. Recently, my account was frozen after receiving funds from a known sender. I was asked to provide documents to verify the transaction and complied, sending everything they requested.
