Poorly run business. After being a loyal customer for over 15 years, I was disregarded with a billing concern that was recently added (unfairly in my opinion). There must be some very fine print in regards to their service fees and business practices. Very disappointed that I was not a valued customer after my years of loyalty. Helpful, friendly, considerate, and knowledgeable.
Have worked with Hyperion for 15+ years (since before they became Hyperion) and really appreciate the hard work they do for us. Since the original crew bought the company back, it's been great working with them and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
