The staff here are friendly, but they don’t follow through with timely callbacks nor complete bids for projects which need immediate attention related to safety and security for our community at The Brandeis Building. It is unfortunate, but after three months of waiting for them to at least start the work needed, we may we will have to go with another company.
Poorly run business. After being a loyal customer for over 15 years, I was disregarded with a billing concern that was recently added (unfairly in my opinion). There must be some very fine print in regards to their service fees and business practices. Very disappointed that I was not a valued customer after my years of loyalty. The owner couldn't have cared less when I called to cancel future services.
