Doctor is great, staff do a very good job, pleasant atmosphere, thank you, I recommend this medical business
The GP care is amazing. However, on half a dozen occasions I have emailed reception so the GP has the details of what I need (also as a checklist for me and the both of us, and despite calling to ensure the email was with the GP, on 5 of those 6 occasions the email has not been forwarded to the GP). It means I need to follow-up with reception which means double handling for the both of us and makes the GP care not as efficient as it could/should be).
The care and professionalism I receive each visit is valued. Today was no different for my appointment with Dr George, assisted by Alisha(apologies if spelt incorrect) the practice was busy as always and I appreciated her time as well as my doctor. And thank you again for the diligent male nurse after my appointment. All the staff work tirelessly, and I appreciate you.
