I met with Dr Jack Collins today for an ADHD Assessment and he made me feel very comfortable. He was so kind, patient and understanding. As part of the diagnosis I had to disclose significant personal trauma and his responses left me feeling seen and validated. The report he provided to me has not left me feeling broken or that my feelings and emotions were minimised, but he clearly acknowledged the strength and resilience I often forgot that I have. Thank you for being such a wonderful Doctor.
Had an 11.45am appointment. When I asked if I had my time correct since I had been sitting in the waiting room for quite some time, I was told the doctor was on a phone call and she would be making another phone call after that and then I would be seen. You seriously cannot make this up.
It’s astonishing to me that anyone would ever rate this business less than 5 stars. The owner, who is also one of the doctors there, is impeccable at what he does—by far the most insightful and skilled GP I’ve come across. Second to none, and an all-round top bloke. The nurses and front counter staff are friendly, understanding, and extremely professional. Genuinely grateful to have a practice like this.
