I’m not one to review a business poorly, but I made an exception for Hyper Toys. Poor customer service. Could have been an off day!
Super nice experience. Went in to look at the EGO lawn maintenance line of mowers, trimmers, etc. Derrick was very knowledgeable and, most importantly, very helpful, patient, and friendly. He helped me pick out the products I needed and helped me to avoid making a mistake, which could have cost me around $400 in the long run. I came out with exactly what I needed, and I can guarantee I will be back time and time again. Just a great local business, I am happy to support!
