Jessica and her daughter were amazing today during my visit. HHW staff are always smiling, friendly, and very medically informative. I love the Christian music they play in the office, as well :)
I've had a great experience with HH. Easily getting in when I needed a vitamin boost to help recover from the flu and getting blood work done/explained. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. My mom worked the more extensive program and I've seen a dramatic improvement to her wellbeing both physically and mentally. My family (especially my young children) are very thankful to have the grandma back!
I called to get more information about services offered and had the following experience: Reception associate Alex requested personal heath information and referred to diseases as “issues”. He then went on to state his personal opinions on said diseases. I then asked him if he was a doctor. He stated he wasn’t but could speak on these things as he has “medical background”.
