Had tyres installed by these guys through Tyroola, having issues with them and they had done an assessment and said they would send the report off and copy me into it. No response have sent two emails no response and messages on voicemail not returned. Going into almost 4 months now and this is getting ridiculous. Now they might finally respond to me and give me the service I deserve.
Very friendly staff, good service, and good pricing. Highly recommended to give this shop a go when you need tyres.
Terrible workmanship really don't know what they are doing...Then dismiss your complaints and refuse to refund for their shoddy wheel alignment that was so bad all the warnings with anything to do with steering etc on my BMW went off about 5ks down the road..had to go to a proper outlet to get it fixed and hyper rip-offs even though they admitted there inexperienced aligner had really wrecked it refused to refund ..stay away from hyper rip-off
