My first interaction with Oren was good. However, when I decided to have three toilets replaced in my home, he failed to put the plastic covers over the screws and securing them. He was sent back to do it and talked me out of it by saying he would only be able to do it by filling the caps with caulking and causing issues for the next person if anything happened in the future. If I could give this company 100 freaking stars, I would do so in a heartbeat. We'd been dealing with sewer smells in the HVAC system in our 120+ year old house for a while. I've been ghosted/ignored/ripped off/side-eyed by more local plumbing/sewer companies than I care to admit in trying to get this issue resolved.
