I met “Coach Kirk” in 2013 when I was beginning my strength training journey. I’ve always enjoyed working out but I wanted to push myself. Well we started 2x a week and built up to 5x a week. Here we are 13 years later and he’s still changing lives one workout at a time. A beautiful gym, beautiful atmosphere, a plethora of equipment, and a Coach who helps you believe in yourself. P.S. it’s not the barn… but, I’ll take it! Don’t wait… see for yourself! 💪🏾🏋🏾♀🏃🏾♀
I love this place. Never crowded, friendly environment, and the owners are very helpful in whatever you need!
