We used them for couch/sofa cleaning. I admit they were pretty bad, but the "after" looks just like the "before". Will never recommend them!

HYPER was scheduled to do a job for me today but the owner was incredibly rude. I've been blocked from sharing my experience on Facebook after informing them a review was forthcoming. My detailed experience is too long to be shared on Google. Please see my Yelp review.
If I could rate this company lower than a 1 star I would. I scheduled an appointment to have my carpet cleaned in the apartment that I was moving out of. The appointment was scheduled via text. At that point I explained the service that I needed and was told it would be an extra charge for the equipment that was needed to clean an apartment.
