Very Rude customer service
Hired Hyper to clean and seal my air ducts and couldn't be happier. The ducts look brand new and a/c doesn't run nearly as much anymore. They were very professional and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Initially we were told the typical price for a “standard cleaning” which was $395. We were aware that we may need to upgrade to the “advanced cleaning” for an additional $250. With the information above we decided to move forward. We paid the non refundable $225 fee. After the inspection we were given three options for three separate services. 1. $4,500 (for the cleaning and restoration) 2. $1,300 (for UV lights) 3. $3,500 (for sealant) OUTRAGEOUS!!! I reached out to this company from a Facebook ad that they posted. I messaged the company for a quote. I provided my square footage and that I have one furnace. They replied back with the $2,500 to $3,500 estimate. I am not willing to pay that price so I ignore the message. They reached back and asked did I want to schedule. Hyper did an amazing job cleaning our air conditioning ducts out. Had the work done in a timely manner, we're very professional and friendly. Brain did fantastic work, was very friendly, and took the time to show his work and what he was going to be cleaning, along with before and after pictures. Met the owner Mitchell, very laid back, easy to talk to, and very professional as well. Their prices were better than all of their competitors by a couple hundred dollars.
