The barber didn't listen to what I asked and cut my hair like he has never cut a curly head before going all around with clippers and not shaping the head at all. If you have curls on your head do not go here they will cut off too much (I asked for 1 1/2 inch he cut 3!) I saw so many bad signs I should've just left sooner. They don't know how to properly weight curly hair around the head and will give you bad proportions. I have never reviewed a buisness but this shop was so bad I had to! I had a 10:20am appointment I was there around 10:10am, I called twice and it went straight to voicemail. I thought the place was supposed to be open at 10am but I guess not. I went ahead and cancelled my appointment since no one showed up.

Be aware that you’re going to get charged $100 later in the evening. I called to see if they had any availability around 6:30 (within their hours of operation). Was told it was going to be a $100 for a regular haircut because he “worked his 8 hours already.” I’m all for getting paid, but that’s price gouging.. bad business practice.. I’ll never come here simply for that. And I’ll never recommend this place.

Ezbai told me something midway through the process about my hair being too thin, I thought a few mm change would follow and he did a completely different (and bad) haircut compared to what I asked. I don't trust this place anymore, sorry Ezbai, it was weird
