Went into Hype today for some more juice and asked about a new pod for my vape unit. The staff member and owner identified that I was mistakenly given the wrong type of coils for my unit which was causing some problems. They cleaned it up, gave me the proper coils and a complementary new pod on account of a previous employee making an honest mistake in giving me the wrong coils. Excellent customer service! Will definitely be back!

I have been coming to Hype Vapor since moving to this part of the metro area 2 years ago. They have almost always had the vape juice that I prefer and the one time they were out of Forbidden Berry, the staff had great recommendations on a substitute flavor. Kodi and team are incredibly friendly and treat me less like a customer and more like a good friend! Kodi asked me if that is my favorite flavor and increased the order so I always have my juice!
