Charlie went out of her way to assist me when I had a problem. Outstanding customer focus and service. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Feel so safe and relaxed in the environment and love the sauna! Five stars!
Came in to see the gym and they clearly don’t look after the place or keep it clean. Staff weren’t helpful or welcoming! Lots of old equipment too no looked after. Disappointed
Highhhhhly recommend!!! Have been a member of Hype for a few years, I even moved towns, tried another gym, and ended up coming back despite the 25 minute drive! The facilities are phenomenal (such a great range of new and high quality machines + sauna 🤤), every member of staff is just so welcoming (and encouraging), and to top it off the ladies in Creche are just angels from above (the best)! Feel so blessed to have a space I can come to and work on my health and feel confident my kids are happy and cared for! Thank you guy... read more

Super friendly staff, feel super comfortable here and reasonably priced. Also saunas are an added bonus!
