I was looking for a community after working out from home for a while!! Walked in and Bella and Sara welcomed me with open arms! Been completely obsessed ever since!
I love hype haus! The workout classes are perfect to fit in a work day, i love stretch/abs, circuit strength, and my new obsession is heated stretch/flow. I love that they have a lot of variety of classes too so I can always try something new. The staff is so friendly and they always have the best hype playlist!
I love Hype Haus! The energy in the classes is unmatched! The music, the lights, the vibe, it all makes working out actually fun. The instructors are so encouraging and make you feel comfortable no matter your level, but they also push you to go harder. I always leave sweaty and proud of myself. It’s honestly the first gym that makes me excited to come back!
I joined the Hype Haus community a couple months ago with little workout experience and having never been to a group class before. They welcomed me so easily, answer any questions I have about movements, stretches, or modifications, and are motivational every single day. This community truly makes me excited to work out, better myself, and motivate others! Cannot recommend them enough for people looking to find some great friends and get fit!
I absolutely love this studio, the instructors and everyone here.
