I bought something from their website and it never came. I tried to email several times and got no response. I got a mailer daemon from the email on their website. I doubt it’s a real company.

The experience with the customer service agent was horrible, customer service agent non-responsive to my questions evasive, never got off her cell phone, never greeted me when I walked into the store, customer service agent was not interested in my shopping experience. Shopping experience never can come out of back of the counter. Stayed on her cell phone the whole time I was in the store texting whoever she was texting then stated to me. The owner was unprofessional she kept texting my stylist during my appointment, sending in clients to fix their closure, and then charged my roommate to use the bathroom. I didn't even get my hair wash because the bathroom was flooded. My stylist didn't even finish my hair because she had to close up the shop or be charged more per hour. I will be booking elsewhere.
