I purchased a Groupon for a med-spa service at what seemed like a legitimate location in midtown Manhattan. After paying, I quickly realized something was off—there was no way to schedule an appointment, the phone number didn’t work, and I couldn’t find a real business name or website. For over a year, I have been trying to get in touch with someone regarding a refund. No one answers the phone, no one returns voicemails. I was also provided the owners number directly and no response. It would be appreciated if someone would contact me to resolve this matter.
