This is my first time at a serious gym and all staff have been very welcoming. The programming for classes seems to make a lot of sense, the exercises are well explained and I’ve noticed improvement in multiple areas of my health.
Ed and the HYPE team have created such a welcoming, inclusive and supportive environment. Their technique advice keeps me on track (and not injured!). I’m loving HYPE and highly recommend it to anyone looking to become more fit, healthy and strong!
I've been training at Hype for several months close to 12 months now and have had a great experience. The equipment is modern, well-maintained, and there's a wide variety of machines and weights. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The gym is clean, spacious, and has a motivating atmosphere. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their fitness or just starting out.
An incredible gym with awesome trainers. The programs Ed puts together and the class delivery format are like no other gym. Constantly changing and focused routines has proven a huge improvement in my core strength and overall fitness. Plus it’s a great culture and mix of people at the gym. Would strongly recommend Hype.
