I highly recommend this gym….I came here 3 yrs ago and knew absolutely nothing about CrossFit… Ben is one of the best coaches I’ve met between traveling around to other gyms thru comps and he shows up for everyone… if you saw the level I was at when I started and now you would be soo impressed lol.… Ben has become a bigger brother to me and huge impact with my 2 teens boys ….
