I had my brows done here once before and I liked them so I didn’t hesitate to book again. This second time was HORRIBLE customer service. I arrived on time and waited 20 minutes past my appointment time. I reached out 4 minutes after I arrived to let her know I was at the shop, but she didn’t respond until 17 after with an excuse. Amazing experience w/ Emma with eyebrow lamination and tint! Loved our yap session and how informative she was in regards to her work step by step. Obsessed with the look of my brows and cannot wait to return! If you wanna book someone reliable, knows their stuff, and creates a comfortable environment, she's your future esthetician!

I won’t go anywhere else for a brow wax and tint & lash lift and tint. Emma is extremely talented and always hits the mark. I get constant compliments for my look, all thanks to her! Customer service is second to none, these women are fantastic. You will love it!
