Our company prepaid for (2) filters from Hyorel Equipment of which we never received. I made contact with them after several months and they promised that they would be shipped out, they never were. After my last contact they told me that they could not get one of them any longer, so I cancelled the order. They have never refunded our money. Do not purchase from this company, they are a scam.
