I had a great experience with Russell Hynes and feel like I’ve finally found a plumber I can count on. I called him with a tricky permit issue that had to be resolved asap. He was very professional, came right away, took care of everything that needed to be addressed, had great communication, and calmly handled the issue with the town's inspector. I highly recommend him!
We had Russell come out and fix an old cast iron waste pipe after it had fully corroded. It was definitely an emergency and he was extremely responsive and was able to have the work done quickly. After that, we decided to hire him to replace our entire old cast iron waste line, and he completed the whole job in a day and left the place spotless.
