For a company that claims "almost 100 percent customer retention", BayRing has invented a new way to spin its multi-year contracts with massive full-term balance severance fees. I'll delete or modify this review if BayRing does what they say they will do. Here are some reasons my company has found not to do business with them: -thousands of dollars in service termination fees -incompetent technical staff -lack of follow-up -rarely solves the problem we called about, even after multiple calls. Thank you Bayring Communications for screwing up the install to my internet, making me call you a hundred times to fix it and then charging me for the next 3 months for internet when I couldn't use it, refusing to give me a refund or a discount. I am very displeased with your services. Additionally, you are now refusing to port my number and making my life difficult. I can't WAIT to be done with you!! I have reported you to the BBB and I intend on using my first amendment rights to let others know about your shady operation.
