Really bad customer service. My wife was told to go here through the insurance and would never do it again. The shop owner is extremely rude and does not know how to talk to people without an attitude. When you call to check up on your vehicle he gets upset because you are calling to check on the car and when it will be released, and proceeds to tell my wife to (something I'm assuming is his responsibility) contact insurance company. RecommendedDan, Mike and Maxi were great with me. I’d definitely recommend them to others in Roslindale/ West Roxbury if they are looking to have body work done The whole repair process was confusing to me but they explained it and made it easy for me to understand. They even called enterprise so they picked me up at the shop and one week later my car was like new again! They even detailed it at no extra charge I hope I don’t need them in the future but if I do I know where to go! Keep up the good work
