drs are nice. staff is pleasant. Some of the nurses are sort of cold. I also believe it would be helpful for all who work there to have screenings and training for assisting those who have mental illness. My sister has more than one disorder and the nurses get frustrated with her more often than not. It's not her fault she suffers with mental illness.
Staff is really nice. I can't remember the doctors name, but she was very nice and helpful and answered my questions. She actually took the time to listen. I really like her.
Everyone is friendly, the building and patient areas are clean. The app makes booking appointments easy, seeing upcoming appointments easy, getting patient information is easy, monitoring and checking on medications easy, messaging and all around tracking healy easy and informative.
I finally have a doctors office in Bedford County that I totally trust and feel very comfortable with. Dr. Stratta and his nurse Lexi have been so good to me. The whole office is extremely nice and very helpful.
Cancel appointment due to the doctor not being available that day. Yet 4 other times went for cleanings and the dentist was never Available either???
