I rarely write reviews for companies but I wanted to make an exception for Hyndburn. One of their engineers - Tony - has gone above and beyond the service one would expect. After a re-wire of my elderly parents' property, their boiler stopped working. The (local) electrician insisted it must be an issue related to the boiler and refused even to visit to double check. Great Service, Tony is a lovely guy always happy to explain things, very knowledgable and experienced., did a great job sorting and installing new fan in Mums heater. Just done service and again in time, efficient and fantastically tidy. Would recommend HES to anyone with heating issues especially centralised systems he’s one of very few people who know what they are doing with them and does a cracking job at reasonable cost. Now we’ve got peace of mind that Mums heating is ready for the colder months. Thanks again Tony

We had a problem with our 30 year old Norweb Electratech control panel that just wouldn't stop beeping randomly. We contacted Tony who said he wasn't familiar with it but he would have a look. It took a little while for him to visit because he's always very busy. When he did arrive, he quickly assessed the system and how to decommission it. Less than an hour later, job done. Couldn't recommend Hyndburn Engineering too highly, well done.
