It's just crazy to me how a company can give you an appointment time (1:30 p.m). You arrive an hour early (12:30 p.m.), no other trucks in sight to be unloaded. You go inside to inquire about the delay, at 1:20 p.m., and you're told "well your appointment isn't until 1:30. If I extend the courtesy of arriving early, why deliberately make me wait until my appointment time when your workers are doing nothing. It's now 1:44 p.m. and still not unloaded. Damn!

Appt 10a.m got here 9:53 a still waiting to get docked. It's 11:40. Dry van. Flatbeds are going back there though. SMH
