do not buy a house from this company they will not fix nothing even though you're under a structural warranty they will not fix it. They build a house is way too fast. After living here for a year, I can safely say that I fully regret my purchase. The lack of integrity in the build of people's first home is an embarrassment to the hard-working individuals and their families. I've had several water leaks, massive wall cracks, unfinished trims, bowed/crooked walls, improperly installed irrigation, siding falling off, concrete cracking, tubs slapped on straight plywood, creaky floors, a/c issues, roof shingles issues and the list goes on. Update: building owner - RESPONSE regardless of ur reply, I speak for the house faulty wiring and the badly poorly uneven measurements leaving the inside of the house not properly leveled straight, etc. as well as the method of how the rental leasing office fallows handling onsite issues. Not a great place really. You likely will go through the same headaches I have. Bought our starlight home in July of 24. Was super happy with the process at the time. And am still 100 percent satisfied with build quality and value. No hidden fees. No high pressure sales staff. What we were quoted is what we paid within a few dollars. The homes themselves are a great combination of quality and value. They maximize liveable square footage and storage space. Not a great place really. You likely will go through the same headaches I have. Excessively overcharging tenants for water usage, making their bill anywhere from $4 to $600 or more; landscaping is the worst. You pay $75 for your yard to look like crap. I've never met the leasing office. Staff only spoke with them over the phone. Maintenance is good; he’s the only one, though, for three properties in Austin, Maxwell, and San Antonio.
