I made an appointment on the phone with an advisor to have my front left control arm checked to see if it needs work done. The person on the phone confirmed it’s free to get it looked at. I even double checked because dealership normally cost. I just went in for the appointment and the guy who sat in Nick P’s desk was so rude. I explained to him nicely why I’m here and he responded super rudely with “Nothing is free here!” I wasn’t even arguing that I’m not going to pay but just nicely asking what the cost includes. I can't get these guys to pick up a phone, return a voice mail, they won't return an email. I've been to this dealership and they ignore customer calls. Previously they've worked on my car in 2025, results were fine. Now I need to travel to CMA Subaru because the SERVICE department does not reach bavk to customers, at all. With this review, I've officially thrown in the towel on Hyman Bros.

Update 1/19/26: I took my car to Colonial Subaru and they diagnosed and fixed the TPMS problem. Turns out Hyman Bros incorrectly installed one of the new sensors - they did not replace the valve, which caused damage to the new sensor. I will be filing an official corporate complaint against Hyman Bros. Colonial Subaru is my go to now ❤️! Way more competent and accommodating! If nothing is wrong with your car, they are fine. However, their repair center has a highly inconvenient schedule for people that work Monday through Friday. They will not diagnose car issues on the weekends, and they only schedule appts at 2:15 pm at the latest, during weekdays for things that need to be assessed/diagnosed. I was not informed of this extreme inflexibility when I bought my car, and unfortunately I cannot just take off from work at the drop of a hat.
