I took in my 2025 Armada for a software update. Scheduling online was so simple. I called to confirm, and the staff answered promptly and directed my question to the right people. When I went in for the update, the staff were so friendly, the waiting room and restrooms were super clean, and the service was fast. This experience made me feel so valued and grateful to have this service center. Keep up the wonderful work!
I purchased my 2025 Nissan Pathfinder from Hyman Brothers and this vehicle is a treat to drive every day. I live in the west end and gladly make the drive to Hyman Brothers for service as they are excellent to deal with in every way! I’ve been coming here since 2023 and usually deal with the amicable service gentleman with the long locs who has been amazing. But now for the first time I’ve had an experience that will be sending me elsewhere. The online system started limiting appointments so for the first time, I called to make an appointment with a service coordinator (I believe his name is James or Jimmy or something similar).
