For the most part the service department is extremely nice and professional. They try to resolve any issues. It takes a long time sometimes to get an appointment so you have to make sure you schedule weeks in advance for any routine maintenance. Hyman maintenances my 2020 Kia Telluride from 2022 to 2026, which I bought brand new in 2019 in Texas. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. To start I had an appointment at 8:30am, dropped off the car by 8am. I called around 3pm and was told it wasn’t finished being worked on but that it would be ready for pickup around 4:30pm. I never got a call with a diagnosis or any sort of update. I got to the dealership at 5pm and the car still wasn’t ready and I had to wait an extra half hour. The problem I came in for was my AC wasn’t blowing cold air. Just received my car back from Hyman Bro kia. They did a excellent job. They dont upadate you about your vehicle repair status but other than that they are a wonderful repair shop.
