I ordered a roof rack during a promotion, and the shipping costs were already included at checkout. I had to enter my ZIP code, and based on that information the shipping cost should have been under $25. Three days after placing my order, I received a phone call claiming that UPS was charging higher shipping costs and that I suddenly had to pay an additional $60 for shipping. I have order a paint pen on October 21,2025 and still haven't received it yet
After entering the year, make and model of my vehicle, their online order page stated the cargo tray would fit my vehicle, it did not. When I called to explain this, I was told that I did not enter my VIN, which would have let them know the part would not fit, no further discussion. After shipping cost both ways and a restocking fee, I lost about $80. Lesson.... buyer beware.
You may be tempted. But be warned. Once the order is placed... crickets. Received all the correct hard-to-find parts. But, No tracking information. Slow to ship. If you need parts quickly, this is not the place to get them.
I ordered a part for my 2023 Kia k5 gt on Tuesday January 16 2024 and normally when you order things online ones you done with your purchase you get a confirmation number within minutes and I have not get or heard about this company. no email I try to call them left a voicemail and nothing I think this is a scam. and I have not received any shipping information at all. Not professional
