Horrible service! Rude actitud against customers. Horrible customer service. We are used to buy cars at Hyman Bros Nissan @ turnpike. But decided to give a try to the one at Richmond, BIG MISTAKE! Don’t trust those people! Very rude, arrogant. Don’t do business with them.

Just terrible. The other reviews cover it well and I am so mad I can't even write about my experience with their service desk people. But the work was done fine.
