I find working together with Laura on my situation is most helpful as she fully understands my approach and what I am trying to achieve. She is both professional and friendly but also realistic and shows so much empathy. A brilliant member of the HMG. Even though Laura has just relatively recently started support me I cannot give enough praise to her and to Hylton Medical Group in general, including the reception staff who are always courteous, respectful and helpful whenever I call.
