I have been a patient with Hylton for 25 years and if we are reviewing him alone, I give 5 stars. The issue is the office staff, getting referrals and scripts done is a nightmare and they are usually not the friendliest. The last 3 weeks I have had 3 appts cancelled because the office staff has bot forwarded referrals and the last office stated to me we always have problems with Hylton's office, have you considered changing?
