I was traveling back home from Seguin Tx and drove over a screw. I pulled into Hyles Service Center on a prayer and they helped me right away. He found, removed the screw and patched the hole in 20 minutes. $20 and we were on the road. Super sweet and awesome service! We made it home. Thank you Hyles !
Wonderful shop run by awesome people! Lloyd and Satchel saved our backsides a few days ago when the fuel pump in our '07 Caravan died a sudden death passing through town. We were on our way to Ft. Worth to meet our oldest boy as he's in the process of making a military move to Hawaii. The team handled our breakdown with speed, professionalism, and an honesty that's very rare these days. Near the end of an all day motorcycle ride heading back to San Antonio, my rear tire went flat a few miles south of Hico, TX. I called Hyles completely at random just to get roadside help. They sent a tire tech...it took a while because of a location mixup...he got the tire aired up & repaired and I was on my way. I asked about payment..."Sorry sir, I left you standing out here long enough, no charge..." I made it back fine...good service. Thank You!
