This is a very hard-working group of people. They went above and beyond for me to get me the best possible rate for insurance I could get. They keep me informed every step of the way. They work very closely with myself and all my other businesses to keep them updated with my certificate of insurance. They have been great to deal with.

See if you can get a call back when you leave a message with Shannon Anderson. You might get a email response, but who checks their email every day. Had to call back at least five times to get my insurance cancelled. I guess return phone calls are just not her thing. It gets even better. After I wrote my initial review I received two additional emails from Emma to sign cancelling my insurance. I had already signed the documents over a week ago. OHIO PLAN In February Catawba Island Township knew we were going to have a very spirited meeting with a segment of our volunteers. We ask the Vice President of Risk Management, Travis Thompson to join us. It was like he swooped out of the clouds like Superman and informed the Township and the volunteers of the risks that we face. I have been trying to deal with Mike Stroke since Oct 26 2022 with no luck. He refuses to do his job. I have 64 documented calls placed to him without 2 percent being returned. He actually has me blocked on his phone. Everytime I dial he will no awnser unless I use a number he don't recognize. I'm going to do my best to make sure he no longer will insure Sandusky. 7 months to pay a simple deductible.
